Laura Dern was stunning in this wondrous Alberta Ferretti Dress, which was evocative of Joan of Arc with mesh, stud, beading and embroidery, which culminated in geometric pattern perfection.
Naomi Watts in Armani Privé
Naomi watts gave us edgy elegance in her Armani Privé gown. The pattern seemed like the most delicately beaded brick pattern. I enjoyed the unexpected bandeau and almost bare back.
Lupita Nyong’o, in custom Calvin Klein Collection
Lupita Nyong’o’s Calvin Klein dress designed by Francisco Costa was pearl-fection. The strands of pearls draped and swirled to make a most magnificent gown.
Hannah Bagshawe in Alexander McQueen
Hannah Bagshawe, Eddie Redmayne’s wife was channeling Cleopatra in this Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen black dress with gold and feather embellishments.
Common in Prada
Common was dashingly handsome and gave us the uncommon in his Prada Blue Velvet tuxedo paired with a white shirt & white bowtie.
Idris Elba in Ermenegildo Zegna
Idris Elba opted out of a Tuxedo and into an Ermenegildo Zegna suit worn with a white split collar shirt and black necktie. Showing us that a suit can have a “black tie” moment.
Chris Pine in Giorgio Armani
Chris Pine was Old Hollywood elegant in his doubled-breasted Giorgio Armani Tuxedo.
