Runway Report: Julien Macdonald | London Spring 2015 RTW

Julien Macdonald’s show was completely about the exquisite embroidery and details.  The patterns were reminiscent of tattoo themes such as: phoenixes, koi fish, flowers, water, fire, and air.  Most Asian tattoos are based off of Japanese 17th-century woodblock prints, in which each image signifies a trait. The Antonio Berardi Spring 2015 collection was like a great dream taking you through an abundance of emotions and leaving you wishing you didn’t wake up so soon!
